I want to share about my condition after straightening up) It's lightness, a thrill, I started smiling even more and what I didn't expect at all and there was no request at the click of my fingers - it's like my back stopped hurting at the snap of my fingers
(and it happened that I hurt every other day), I internally lost the desire to go to the pool often (I had regular training sessions and my back didn't hurt at all, if I took breaks in the pool, my back started to hurt), so I don't want to exercise frequently. Now spa and pool or stretching are to get high in the moment, not to feel light in the back!
On the day when I was straightening, I almost immediately wanted to lie down and fell asleep, slept for 5 hours, woke up and my back felt light and pleasant! I had a backbone, and it took me a long time to heal. Nevertheless, after the treatment (6 months of treatment), I had a borderline feeling that something might be wrong, and periodically there were painful lumbago. I couldn't sit flat and long.
Everything is just great now 👍 Another important thing I had was a problem with my jaw on the left side. And my left leg was shorter. And my jaw fell into place. I couldn't even go to the dentist because I couldn't open my mouth wide, and when I opened that jaw on the left side, it went slightly to the side. I also couldn't do some of the Face Yoga exercises, as certain lower face exercises were given to me with severe jaw pain.
Everything's great right now. By the way, after straightening, I had a toothache and treated it safely. By the way, I've been suffering for several years and I've repeatedly thought about how I would treat my teeth if I couldn't even have my mouth open for a few minutes.
